Membership is currently open to residents of the Orange Lake area only. Being an OLHA member does not grant lake rights.

The 2026 Annual Membership Dues are critical to providing the funds necessary to pay for the normal expenses of the Orange Lake Homeowners Association. Annual expenditures incurred include mailings, annual meeting hall donation, buoys/ anchors/ chains/ hardware, property taxes, insurance and membership in the New York State Federation of Lakes Association (NYSFOLA) and Citizens’ Stateside Lake Assessment Program (CSLAP) for water quality testing and reporting. Your dues also help to cover incidental expenses like on-going weed control, the Westside Water and Sewer Project, education materials etc.

The Annual Membership dues for 2026 are $50 and run on a calendar year from January through December. The association needs YOU to remain active members in order to meet our on-going financial responsibilities.
